No Refund Policy

All sales made through Shuddham Water Solutions are final and non-refundable.

Once an order is placed, confirmed, or payment is processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect product selection

• Delay in installation due to customer availability

• Incompatibility arising from incorrect water TDS information provided by the customer

We request customers to carefully review product details and consult our team before purchasing.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed or processed.

• Any request for cancellation after payment will not be eligible for refund.

Customers are encouraged to verify:

• Water TDS level

• Product suitability

• Delivery and installation details

before placing an order.

Product Information & Suitability

SHUDDHAM offers different products for high TDS and low TDS water conditions.
Choosing the correct product is the customer’s responsibility.

Our team is available to guide you before purchase, but the final decision remains with the customer.

Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare case of:

• Manufacturing defect

• Damage during transit

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images or videos.

After verification, we may offer:

• Repair

• Replacement of the affected part

This does not qualify for a refund.

Service & Installation

• Installation and service timelines may vary based on location and availability.

• Any delays due to customer unavailability or site conditions will not be considered grounds for cancellation or refund.

Warranty Terms

Warranty coverage (if applicable) is limited to:

• Manufacturing defects only

• As per the warranty period mentioned at the time of purchase

Normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper maintenance are not covered.
